Job description :
Supervises and coordinates parts counter, warehouse operations and the reception in regards of the customer satisfaction (internal and external).
Manages action plans' timeline in relation to sales, store and warehouse business objectives.
Develops and implements means of continous improvement (cost reduction, effectiveness, reduction of nonconformities, etc.).
Manages personnel (schedules, performance evaluation, hiring, plan labor and training needs, etc.).
Implements the best practices in health and safety for the personnel.
Job Qualifications :
Diploma of Collegial Studies combined with 5 years experience in personnel management
Bilingualism (spoken and written)
Mechanical & electrical knowledge
Leadership, Team Spirit and Motivational skills
Ability to manage conflict, to solve problems and to work under pressure
